DETROIT’S BOUTIQUE POLE + MOVEMENT LAB
Explore pole, aerial, yoga, flow, and strength in an intimate studio created for confidence, curiosity, and expression.
No experience required.
Never touched a pole? Start here.
Curiosity Lab is BSL4’s beginner introduction to pole. Learn the foundations in a small, supportive environment—no strength, flexibility, dance experience, or heels required.
THE BSL4 METHOD
At The Body Sensuality Lab, movement is both practice and discovery. We believe discipline and sensuality are not opposites—strength creates freedom, technique deepens expression, and every repetition reveals something new.
Through intentional instruction and embodied exploration, we cultivate confidence that extends beyond the pole. Here, pole is the method. Confidence is the result.
Movement Should Be Accessible
BSL4 is not an alternative to a gym. We are a gym—just one intentionally designed around feminine movement, strength, sensuality, and confidence.
Whether you want to visit occasionally, explore the full Lab, or make movement part of your routine, there is a way for you to enter.

SWer Membership — $39/month. Always.
BSL4 isn’t simply in support of the SWer community—we are part of the community pole comes from.
The roots of pole live in strip clubs and with the dancers who shaped the movement, artistry, sensuality, and culture we practice today. We will never separate pole from those roots, erase them, or water down the art to make it more palatable.
This membership is reserved for current SWers and dancers at $39/month—always. Not as a temporary promotion, but as a permanent commitment to keeping the people who built this culture in the room.
$20 to visit. $59 to explore. $129 (or $39) to belong.
Movement. Science. Expression.
